Spring Telehealth offers virtual healthcare consultations via secure video, phone, or messaging through licensed platforms. Patient Eligibility
Must be 18+ years or have guardian consent
Located in states where Manjuka Wijewardena holds active NP licensure

Limitations: No physical exams; emergencies require 911
Risks: Technical issues, privacy concerns with home Wi-Fi
Alternatives: In-person care available upon recommendation
Scheduling & Cancellation

24-hour cancellation notice required; late cancels charged full fee
No-show policy: Full fee charged for missed appointments
Payment & Insurance
Fees disclosed at booking; payment due prior to consultation
Verify insurance coverage independently; telehealth benefits vary
Self-pay patients responsible for full balance regardless of insurance
No refunds after consultation completion
Privacy & Confidentiality
All sessions comply with HIPAA regulations. You agree to:

Private, secure location during consultations
Not record sessions without written provider consent

Prescription Policy

Termination of Services

These terms governed by Texas and Federal telehealth laws. Disputes resolved through mediation before litigation.
