Spring Telehealth Refund Policy

Spring Telehealth provides clear refund guidelines for virtual consultations offered by Manjuka Wijewardena, Nurse Practitioner. All payments are processed securely for scheduled services.

No Refunds After Consultation

Virtual consultations are non-refundable once completed. Services rendered by Manjuka Wijewardena constitute final delivery regardless of patient satisfaction or outcomes.

Pre-Consultation Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund issued

  • 2-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or credit toward future visit

  • Less than 2 hours or No-Show: No refund; full fee charged

Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method. Processing fees (3-5%) may be deducted for credit card transactions.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

  • Missed appointments charged full consultation fee

  • Repeated no-shows may result in service termination

  • Credits issued at provider discretion for documented emergencies

Insurance & Third-Party Billing

Spring Telehealth does not guarantee insurance reimbursement. Patients responsible for full payment regardless of insurance coverage status.

Package & Subscription Refunds

  • Unused sessions in prepaid packages: Pro-rated refund available within 30 days

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months

  • All sales final on educational materials or digital downloads

Refund Request Process

Submit requests via email to info@spring.telehealthpractices.com within 48 hours of appointment:

  1. Include full name, appointment date/time, reason for request

  2. Attach payment confirmation

  3. Response within 72 hours

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consultations (partial or full)

  • Technical support fees

  • Prescription processing fees

  • Late cancellation penalties

Dispute Resolution

Unresolved refund disputes handled through practice owner review. Final decisions by Manjuka Wijewardena, NP.
